As part of the curriculum, each student has to make their own personal website. The requirements are few but important: It must contain all the elements of a portfolio site and be easily navigated. Other than that anything goes.
Each student has their own unique aesthetic and it shows in their sites. Some of these are their first websites, for others they are already on their second or third itteration of their site.
Websites are fluid and readily updatable, there may be several itterations especially as technology and techniques evolve.
